Collaborate with HR and department heads to review and improve action plans. Identify gaps and areas of improvement and provide recommendations for individual or group performance enhancement. Maintain dashboards and performance systems to ensure real-time visibility of performance metrics. Support in talent development initiatives to strengthen Saudi leadership pipelines. Ensure compliance with Saudization goals and national workforce strategies. Facilitate periodic performance review meetings and follow-up sessions with Saudi managers. Assist in training coordination, mentoring initiatives, and succession planning for Saudi nationals. Provide bilingual (Arabic & English) communication support where required for reporting or correspondence. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR or performance monitoring roles Strong understanding of performance management frameworks and HR best practices Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret performance data Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in HR software and MS Office applications Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Prior experience in a multinational or diverse work environment is a plus

A HR Specialist shall be responsible for providing a wide range of HR services and support to the organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a senior HR role, with a strong understanding of HR best practices and experience in a variety of HR functions, including employee relations, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, and HR compliance. Also, HR specialist shall work as a mentor for the HR team advising the best practices, conducting policy and procedures periodic review in addition to Saudi labor law. The ideal candidate shall advise company management on different HR aspects. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and implementation of strategic HR initiatives to support the organization's business goals. Provide expert advice and guidance to management on all HR matters, including employee relations, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, and HR compliance. Manage and advise on all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and separation. Proven record in HR automations and system implementations. Requirements Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in a progressive HR role, with at least 5 years in a senior-level HR role. Strong understanding of HR best practices and experience in a variety of HR functions, including employee relations, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, and HR compliance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with all levels of staff. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. CIPD, PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
