Eram Talent is looking for a highly experienced Sr. Engineer / Mechanical Engineer (Piping) to join their team in the Oil & Energy sector. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in piping systems design and engineering to support and deliver high-quality project outcomes. Responsibilities Lead the design and analysis of piping systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications. Review and approve piping design calculations, drawings, and specifications. Conduct material selection and ensure that all piping materials meet project requirements. Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to ensure seamless integration of piping systems within the overall project framework. Participate in risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for piping-related issues. Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of piping systems at project sites. Provide technical mentorship and support to junior engineers and project teams. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in piping engineering. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. 10+ years of experience in piping engineering and design, with a strong background in the oil and gas industry. Expertise in using piping design software, such as AutoCAD, PDMS, or equivalent. In-depth knowledge of relevant codes and standards (e.g., ASME, ASTM, ANSI, etc.). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines. Demonstrated leadership abilities and mentoring experience with junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities -Equipment Installation and Commissioning Responsible for the installation, commissioning, and configuration of electrical and instrumentation systems for new equipment, ensuring they meet production requirements. -Routine Maintenance and Troubleshooting Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical and instrumentation equipment, promptly identify and resolve system issues to ensure continuous and safe production. -System Calibration and Testing Use standard testing instruments to calibrate equipment, ensuring accuracy and reliability. -Documentation and Reporting Maintain maintenance records and prepare fault analysis reports to support equipment management and improvement. -Safety and Compliance Follow all relevant safety regulations and operating procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Qualifications / Requirements Education: Technical diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Instrumentation, or a related field. Experience: At least 2 years of experience maintaining electrical and instrumentation equipment in an industrial environment.
