Implement the sales strategy developed by the Sales Manager to attain the monthly sales targets, goals, renewals, and profitability. Identify potential clients and business opportunities by prospecting the market. Deliver sales presentations for prospects in a professional and effective manner. Survey premises to estimate technical requirements and pricing when needed. Develop ideas and create offers for target clients using all necessary marketing tools. Present new products and services to existing clients and enhance client relationships through preplanned courtesy calls and visits. Respond to client’s needs and follow up with all concerned parties on all aspects of their request. Prepare detailed offers, follow up till the offer becomes a contract and handle after-sales follow-up. Handle renewals of contracts, when applicable. Handle the client’s data accurately and timely on Rentokil-Boecker® systems. Document and deliver weekly and monthly sales reports. Participate in events and exhibitions to promote company’s services. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Landscaping. Preferably 2 years of experience in Sales and Marketing/B2B selling in relevant markets. Proficiency in English is a must. Arabic is a plus. Computer Proficiency: Microsoft Office and CRM.

As an Associate Director of Sales - Classifieds you will be responsible for sales of classifieds business in Eastern Region. The job entails setting up sales function, developing products, contribute to market sizing, meeting and locking deals with agencies, developing relationships with government agencies in the assigned region. The regional head of sales classified will set and monitor sales targets for the classifieds sales team in coordination with strategy teams. In this role, you will: Develop regional sales strategy for meeting business plan numbers developed by the group Working with backend & strategy teams for zoning and product pricing for optimized sales volumes Hiring sales resources and maintaining optimal team size to achieve sales targets Setting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for sales at all levels in coordination with strategy team Analysing & reporting sales KPIs on periodic basis to the business head(s) Responsible for setting monthly/quarterly targets of the sales team in coordination of strategy team Continuously observing listings trends, product performance as well as suggesting changes accordingly Identifying best practices to improve the sales processes and overall marketing and sales efficiency Overseeing P&Ls in order to maintain regional business profitability as per the business plan Responsible for maintaining relationships with repeat clients to keep them satisfied and promote future business opportunities. As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for building and managing a team of Sales Consultants/Supervisors while consistently training and developing them. You will be responsible to handle a wide range of tasks related to managing the sales team, setting team targets, forecasting revenue and coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders.
