Taxidermy and Collecting Specimens, an instructional book explaining how to collect specimens from insects and animals and how to preserve them, describing old methods of embalming from ancient Egyptian techniques up to modern times using solutions and chemistry. Al-Qadiyaniyyah by Ihsan Ilahi Zahir, an important book criticizing a sect that has deviated from Islam called Ahmadiyya, named after its founder Ghulam Ahmad, or Qadiani referring to the town where it originated. Today, it is rapidly spreading among Arabs and Muslims, having its own television channel promoting its beliefs within Muslim societies. These include the belief that Ghulam Ahmad is the Mahdi and the awaited Messiah, that he is a prophet, rejection of miracles, distortion of most Quranic verses, denial of jihad against occupiers, and having major centers, especially in the occupied Palestinian territories. This is one such highly significant work. La Tudhurni Faridan (Do Not Leave Me Alone), an important novel about Maryada writer Maiy Ziyada, who captured the attention of her era. Many writers were captivated by her, notably Kahlil Gibran, who corresponded with her, and they nearly agreed to marry without ever meeting, but he died, causing her to fall into depression leading to events which resulted in her admission to a mental hospital where she remained until her death. The novel recounts her tragic journey from birth to death. Ad-Difa' 'an al-Sunna by Abu Shahibah, one of the finest works written in response to doubts raised by those rejecting the Sunnah. Written as a rebuttal to critics of the Sunnah and of the companion Abu Hurairah (may God be pleased with him), leaving no objection, old or new, unaddressed. A magnificent book. The author also wrote another large volume responding to doubts concerning the Quran that are being spread.
