Objective: Eram Talent is seeking three highly experienced Senior Engineers to join the Curriculum Team. These positions are critical to ensuring the transfer of technical expertise, best practices, and hands-on operational knowledge to the next generation of professionals in Downstream Operations. These roles are designed for seasoned professionals who are passionate about technical training, curriculum development, and workforce capability building. If selected, the work location would be onsite at Saudi Arabia.   Key Responsibilities: 15+ Years of Work Experience. Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering. Develop technical course materials: Create comprehensive work-task centric workshops that prepare early and mid-career professionals for mastery in their core job family tasks. Facilitate technical courses: Conduct engaging in-person and virtual training sessions for employees at various career stages, ensuring knowledge transfer of industry best practices. Curriculum development: Build structured learning pathways and job family-specific curriculums, from early-career professionals to independent, competent contributors. Mentorship and coaching: Act as a subject matter expert and mentor, fostering the development of technical skills and operational excellence across teams. Ensure training effectiveness: Continuously improve training programs by incorporating industry trends, feedback, and real-life workplace scenarios.

Minimum of 3 years of solid HR experience; candidates with training module experience are preferred. 3. Alignment with company culture. 4. Strong leadership, cross-cultural management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
