At Six Flags Qiddiya City, The Dispatcher -Warehouse is responsible for loading, unloading, picking, and staging products using forklifts and pallet jacks. The role includes verifying quantities, inspecting for damages, and ensuring proper documentation for shipments. The associate will assist with inventory counts, maintain a clean work area, and follow safety protocols. Additional duties may include warehouse maintenance and other tasks as assigned. Requirements Education: High school or diploma in a related field. Experience: 0-1 years of experience in a Warehouse. Skills: Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management. Proven ability to manage and coordinate tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Fluent in both written and spoken English. Flexibility to work a schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays. Job Responsibilities: ▪ Load, unload, pick, put away, consolidate, stack, and stage products using a forklift, pallet jack, or other power equipment. ▪ Follow specific work instructions and best practices to safely and accurately complete daily work assignments. ▪ Assist with physical inventories and cycle counts, ensuring proper stock rotation. ▪ Inspect each pallet and/or case for proper quantities, item brands, lot codes (as applicable), and damages. ▪ Follow special instructions on the Work Assignment Form and/or additional documentation. ▪ Verify that proper documentation is attached before dispatching shipments. ▪ Record receipts on appropriate forms and logbooks. ▪ Communicate problems, concerns, and ideas to management. ▪ Identify process improvements to enhance warehouse operations. ▪ Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area. ▪ Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety. ▪ Participate in assigned training programs and adhere to safety guidelines. ▪ Assist in various warehouse maintenance tasks, including sweeping floors, storing equipment, and general upkeep. ▪ Performs other duties as assigned.
