Job Title: Director of Educational Excellence Management Responsibilities: - Supervise the evaluation of the effectiveness of various educational programs used in the school and analyze data to measure their impact on improving teacher performance and achieving desired educational outcomes. - Establish specific criteria for assessing the quality of education, ensuring they are specific, measurable, and aligned with defined educational goals. - Stay updated on the latest developments and research in education and teaching, and follow up on their application to educational practices, working to transform them into effective strategies for improving teacher performance. - Research current and available curricula and enrichment programs in the market or those developed by various entities, and oversee the evaluation of curricula according to established criteria such as alignment with the national curriculum, comprehensiveness of concepts and skills, and the effectiveness of the activities and resources provided. - Prepare plans and programs to improve outcomes and achieve growth in centralized and decentralized test results. - Develop strategies and professional development programs for teachers, including workshops, training courses, and participation in educational conferences. - Approve enrichment program plans and follow up on the qualification of teachers at various educational stages to implement these enrichment programs. - Monitor the analysis of data extracted from teacher performance evaluations to identify strengths and weaknesses in the educational process and approve training plans. - Approve operational action plans for academic supervisors and department heads in educational complexes. - Support school accreditation processes and related committees for external and internal contracts to select the most suitable candidates. - Perform any other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.
