Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain comprehensive data models (conceptual, logical, and physical) aligned with business needs. Collaborate with Data Science teams to identify future data requirements and support advanced analytics initiatives. Define and enforce data architecture standards, principles, and best practices to support organizational goals. Lead the design, development, and maintenance of data pipelines, ETL processes, and integration frameworks. Work with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and build effective, scalable data solutions. Oversee data platform operations, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning. Implement robust data security, access controls, and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations. Continuously evaluate and integrate emerging technologies and tools to enhance data engineering practices. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of data platforms with enterprise applications and systems. Partner with the Data Governance & Quality division to embed governance standards across data platforms. Act as a subject-matter expert to provide technical guidance and support to internal stakeholders. optimization of cloud applications, and expertise in cloud security, virtualization, and migration strategies. Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years Experince as a Data Architect or Data Engineering Lead overseeing data design and architecture. In-depth understanding of database structure principles, data mining, and segmentation techniques. Certification in relevant technologies or architecture frameworks is a plus. Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and modern data engineering tools and frameworks. Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and orchestration tools. Solid understanding of data governance, data quality, and data security best practices. Core Responsibilities: 1. Work closely with the management teams of various operational modules within the Saudi subsidiary to understand business strategies and objectives, identify HR needs, and develop and implement HR plans that support business growth. 2.
