Qiddiya Investment Company is on the hunt for a dynamic and visionary leader for the position of Director - Motorsport Business Development & Partnerships. This role is integral to our mission of establishing Qiddiya as a premier global hub for motorsport and automotive entertainment in Saudi Arabia. As the Director of Motorsport Business Development & Partnerships, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives to create and enhance motorsport-related opportunities, partnerships, and experiences. You will collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders including teams, sponsors, and governmental bodies to build a rich motorsport ecosystem within Qiddiya. Key Responsibilities: Delivery of the Motorsports partnership & IP strategy to include partnership development, business & product development and events, working Closely with the Commercial Division regarding sales, marketing, sponsorship generation and activation. Secure IP partner for Motorsport Park key assets through to continuous activation of agreed contractual components Manage IP consultant(s) with regards to target deliverables and scope Select and engage with other required and relevant partners through to contract negotiations and activation. Development of high-level sales presentations / materials to present partnership opportunities to key decision makers in targeted companies. Work closely with Motorsports Strategy Director and other Qiddiya department heads to ensure a fully coordinated approach. Assist in the development of Automotive & Motorsports budget in alignment with the organization budgetary requirements to allow effective delivery of desired objectives. Provide leadership, measurable objectives, and ongoing management of staff. Develop and implement a culture of commercial focus throughout the entire team. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sports Management or any related fields A minimum of 12-15 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or strategic marketing within the motorsport or automotive industries Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills Strong strategic thinking capabilities with an aptitude for innovative problem solving
