JASARA PMC, a leading construction and project management company, is seeking a Strategic Initiative Manager to join their team. Working under the direction of the XCS Assurance Sr. Manager for Systems Development and Reporting, the Strategic Initiatives Manager is responsible for working with XCS Assurance teams in identifying and implementing opportunities for initiatives and improvements to benefit the delivery of the program. The Strategic Initiatives Manager will be involved in advising on organizational strategic initiatives and proposal development, recommending solutions, and supporting implementation. The Strategic Initiative Manager will foster internal and external partnerships and respond to the objectives and priorities of the organization. The position is responsible for the planning to implementation and monitoring of organizational, and community partnership projects, to ensure the objectives of the organization and XCS can be carried out efficiently and effectively.   The Strategic Initiative Manager will provide direction and support in implementing the project strategic initiatives and organizational improvements to the XCS Assurance functional areas of Quality, Health, Safety and Welfare, and Environment and Sustainability and XDS Project Delivery teams. Responsibilities Leading on development and implementation of XCS Assurance initiatives and practices. Consulting with XCS Functional Leads and XDS teams to obtaining feedback and identifying areas of improvement to organizational practices through consultation with XCS Functional Leads and XDS teams. Develop communications to a multitude of stakeholders for company initiatives. Advise on draft policies and procedures and supporting on updates to Program Standards Participates in Assurance Reviews and Governance Activities where required. Performs other XCS Assurance responsibilities associated with this position as appropriate. Requirements 4-year degree in Engineering (or related field) and minimum of 10 years of related work experience in construction or similar field, including managerial experience.  Requires knowledge of organizational practices, processes, and current technology. Business Management experience with knowledge of Health, Safety and Environment Management preferred.SKILLS/COMPETENCIES: Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders including private sector, education, special interest groups, community members, representatives of government at all levels. Excellent written and oral communications skills, and a good working knowledge of industry practices and regulations are required. Ability to drive excellence in field of expertise, focusing on health and safety, environment and sustainability, quality, and improvement of processes.  Effective problem solving and exercising excellent judgment regarding timing and senior management involvement in significant issues. Core Responsibilities: 1. Work closely with the management teams of various operational modules within the Saudi subsidiary to understand business strategies and objectives, identify HR needs, and develop and implement HR plans that support business growth. 2. Lead local talent recruitment strategies in Saudi Arabia (including Saudization targets), ensuring the attraction, selection, and hiring of high-quality talent that meets business needs (especially local talent). Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviews, background checks, offer negotiation, and onboarding). Drive the implementation and optimization of the performance management system for the Saudi team, including goal setting, performance evaluation, feedback, and development planning. Identify high-potential talent and collaborate with business leaders to develop succession plans for key positions. 3. Leverage professional expertise and experience to ensure all HR activities fully comply with Saudi laws and regulations (e.g., GOSI, Qiwa, Nitaqat). 4. Oversee compensation and benefits activities, ensuring efficient and compliant process execution. 5. Ensure the local implementation and execution of HR policies from the Centers of Excellence (COE). 6. Reporting Line: Head of Human Resources, Middle East and North Africa Region. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree or higher; English proficiency sufficient for use as a working language; knowledge of Arabic is a plus. 2. Minimum of 3 years of solid HR experience; candidates with training module experience are preferred. 3. Alignment with company culture. 4. Strong leadership, cross-cultural management, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Sales Target Management: Break down the sales team's business objectives, clarify and define key sales metrics that impact the achievement of business goals, establish a target management system, and manage the sales team's daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through data tools and process mechanisms. 2. Sales Strategy Development: Identify business growth opportunities through operational analysis and market research, and formulate sales strategies and frontline execution plans. 3. Project Management: Ensure the effective implementation of critical business initiatives through efficient project management, assess the feasibility and risks of the sales team meeting targets, and mobilize resources from cross-functional teams to support goal achievement. 4. Sales Efficiency Management: Possess in-depth understanding of the entire sales process, identify key pain points, and improve sales efficiency through SOP development and optimization, tool development, and collaboration with product and R&D teams. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or higher. 2. Experience in retail industry operations. 3. Strong data analysis skills, sharp market insight, clear logical thinking, and the ability to identify trends and develop strategies. 4. Fluency in both English and Chinese as working languages, with strong English reading and writing skills. 5. Familiarity with the Saudi market is preferred. Salary: SAR 8,000+, depending on experience

Basic proficiency in Chinese, English, and Arabic. Experience in hotel supplies sales or food ingredient distribution sales is preferred.
