oles & Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end sales operations in the assigned region. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and collection targets. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients. Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term client relationships. Prepare regular sales reports and present insights to management. Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute promotional campaigns. Participate in client meetings, business negotiations, and industry events to enhance business presence. Ensure alignment with organizational goals while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in sales management, market research, and sales strategy development. Strong client relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to prepare detailed sales reports and consistently meet targets. Experience working with marketing teams and participating in industry events. Proficiency in MS Office applications. Knowledge of hydraulic products and systems will be an added advantage.
