Apt Resources is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our client’s team in Khobar, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the Project Sales Division within the Sales Department, focusing on new hotel projects, preparing and submitting quotations, coordinating with procurement, and building strong relationships with customers. This role requires excellent leadership and organizational skills, with a high-level goal of ensuring successful project execution from concept to completion. Daily tasks will include but not limited to creation and submission of quotations, coordinate with procurement companies, and maintain close relationships with customers. You will lead the Project Sales team, reporting directly to the Managing Director and Director of Sales. Key Responsibilities 1. New Hotel Projects Identify and pursue new hotel projects, working closely with clients and stakeholders. 2. Quotations & Follow-Up Prepare and submit accurate quotations. Coordinate with procurement teams and customers, ensuring timely follow-up and strong customer satisfaction. 3. Team Leadership Be part and lead the Project Sales team. 4. Reporting Report regularly to Director of Sales on project progress, challenges, and opportunities. 5. Collaboration Work closely with other departments (Operations, Logistics, Finance) to ensure a seamless experience for clients. 6. Market Awareness Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and market developments to propose new business opportunities. Requirements Strong background in project coordination or sales within a relevant sector (hospitality, projects, etc.). Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain timelines, and deliver high-quality results. Excellent communication and negotiation skills for both internal and external stakeholders. Familiarity with basic procurement processes and customer relationship management. Benefits Salary: 9,000 SAR per month Housing Allowance: 25,000 SAR annually (paid yearly) Health Insurance: Provided as per company policy

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager with a strong background in restaurant management and a proven track record in driving growth and expansion across Saudi Arabia and the GCC. Job Description: Oversee day-to-day operations across all restaurant branches, ensuring efficiency, quality, and consistency. Conduct regular visits to branches across Saudi Arabia and Bahrain to monitor performance, support teams, and enforce operational and customer service standards. Lead the expansion strategy, including business planning, site selection, branch setup, and team training for new locations. Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational performance, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain compliance with quality, health, and safety standards. Manage cross-functional teams at all levels, including hiring, training, performance development, and motivation to ensure peak performance. Monitor and analyze the financial performance of each branch, working on cost control and revenue optimization to enhance profitability. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, or a related field. 7–10 years of experience in restaurant operations management, including at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of managing a successful restaurant brand with expansion into multiple markets. Willingness and ability to travel frequently across cities in Saudi Arabia and to Bahrain. Strong leadership skills with experience managing multicultural teams. Deep understanding of restaurant operations, quality standards, customer service, and cost management. High analytical and decision-making abilities with strategic and operational insight. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Fluent in both Arabic and English, spoken and written.
