A leading Talent Acquisition Company in Saudi Arabia in the Oil & Energy sector, is seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Saudi Arabia. In this position, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing mechanical systems and solutions that support our various projects. Responsibilities Design, analyze, and improve mechanical systems and components for oil and gas projects. Collaborate with project teams to ensure mechanical systems are integrated effectively into overall project designs. Conduct simulations and testing of mechanical systems to ensure functionality and compliance with industry standards. Prepare detailed engineering documentation, including specifications, technical reports, and drawings. Oversee installation and commissioning of mechanical systems, ensuring adherence to safety regulations. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ongoing projects and existing mechanical systems. Stay current on industry trends and advances in mechanical engineering technologies. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably within the oil and gas industry. Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or equivalent. Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles, including HVAC, piping, and machinery. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and teamwork abilities. Experience with project management principles is a plus.

Registration as a Project Management Professional (PMP) would be an advantage. A minimum of 10 years relevant experience in dry utilities project management. Proven experience planning, designing and delivery of large-scale and complex dry utilities projects. Experience in delivery to program, balancing competing requirements on project to deliver design outcome (e.g. cost v. time v. quality).  Previous KSA/Middle East experience will be an advantage. Diverse experience working within Mega/large scale complex design and construction programs across private and/or government sectors would be an advantage. Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget is necessary. Experience in coordinating and executing design activities, managing design consultants, engaging with stakeholders and coordinating design team members is crucial for this role.
