Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Risk to enhance our risk management framework as we develop a premier entertainment and cultural destination. In this critical role, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks across all aspects of our projects and operations, ensuring that risk considerations are integrated into strategic decision-making processes. The Senior Manager, Risk will lead the risk management team and work closely with various departments to implement robust risk management strategies. Your expertise will be vital in maintaining a balanced approach to risk while enabling the successful pursuit of our ambitious goals. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive risk management policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals. Conduct risk assessments for ongoing projects, identifying potential risks and recommending mitigation strategies. Facilitate risk workshops and engage with stakeholders to promote a risk-aware culture across the organization. Monitor risk metrics and prepare risk reports for senior management, highlighting emerging risks and management actions. Collaborate with project teams to integrate risk management practices into project planning and execution. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in risk management, applying this knowledge to improve organizational practices. Lead and mentor risk management team members to build a high-performing team focused on continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to risk management. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). 8+ years of experience in risk management or related fields, ideally within large projects or investment companies. Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks and methodologies (e.g., ISO 31000, COSO). Proven track record in conducting risk assessments and developing effective risk mitigation strategies. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address complex risk issues. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Experience in leading and managing teams to achieve organizational objectives. Professional certification in risk management (e.g., Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP), Certified Risk Manager (CRM)) is desirable.
