Eram Talent, a prominent Talent Acquisition Company in the Oil & Gas industry, is looking for a dedicated Maintenance Planner to join our dynamic team. The Maintenance Planner will be responsible for formulating, implementing, and overseeing maintenance strategies to ensure the effective operation of critical equipment and infrastructure. Responsibilities Create and maintain detailed maintenance plans and schedules, ensuring optimal resource allocation. Collaborate closely with engineering and operational teams to synchronize maintenance tasks with production activities. Analyze maintenance data to identify trends, drive improvements, and reduce operational downtime. Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory compliance during all maintenance activities. Manage spare parts inventory, procurement processes, and vendor relationships to support maintenance efforts. Provide mentorship and training to junior staff on maintenance best practices. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Certification in planning and scheduling, such as Certified Planning and Scheduling Professional (CPSP) or similar certification. Experience in shutdown planning 5+ years of experience in maintenance planning within the Oil & Gas sector. Strong understanding of maintenance management principles and strategies. Proficiency in using CMMS and SAP for maintenance scheduling and reporting. Excellent analytical skills to evaluate maintenance data and performance. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Benefits Salary is not a constraint ,company is looking for right candidate .

Core Responsibilities: 1. Work closely with the management teams of various operational modules within the Saudi subsidiary to understand business strategies and objectives, identify HR needs, and develop and implement HR plans that support business growth. 2.
