Requirements Basic Requirements: Bachelor's degree or higher in the relevant field. Certified teaching qualifications (Bachelor's or Master's in Education). 3+ years of teaching experience. Strong subject-matter knowledge and fundamental teaching skills. Familiarity with child protection and safety standards in educational settings. Duties and Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and deliver instruction in alignment with curriculum standards to ensure active and effective learning. Assess students through tests, assignments, and observations, and document their academic and personal progress. Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation and collaboration. Support diverse learning needs through additional guidance or resource provision to ensure the success of all students. Communicate with parents, colleagues, and administration to monitor student progress and provide necessary support.
