Sales Strategy Development: Identify business growth opportunities through operational analysis and market research, and formulate sales strategies and frontline execution plans. 3. Project Management: Ensure the effective implementation of critical business initiatives through efficient project management, assess the feasibility and risks of the sales team meeting targets, and mobilize resources from cross-functional teams to support goal achievement. 4. Sales Efficiency Management: Possess in-depth understanding of the entire sales process, identify key pain points, and improve sales efficiency through SOP development and optimization, tool development, and collaboration with product and R&D teams. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or higher. 2. Experience in retail industry operations. 3. Assist in identifying and developing new potential clients to expand the customer base. 5. Support the supervisor in analyzing customer needs, collecting customer feedback, and providing support for solutions. 6.
