Requirements You have a Bachelor’s degree plus 6 years of relevant experience in Ecology, Environmental Science, or a related field. You are ready to learn new methods, able to switch between tasks and topics quickly and sometimes work with challenging, complex guidelines. Sales Target Management: Break down the sales team's business objectives, clarify and define key sales metrics that impact the achievement of business goals, establish a target management system, and manage the sales team's daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through data tools and process mechanisms. 2. Sales Strategy Development: Identify business growth opportunities through operational analysis and market research, and formulate sales strategies and frontline execution plans. 3. Project Management: Ensure the effective implementation of critical business initiatives through efficient project management, assess the feasibility and risks of the sales team meeting targets, and mobilize resources from cross-functional teams to support goal achievement. 4. Sales Efficiency Management: Possess in-depth understanding of the entire sales process, identify key pain points, and improve sales efficiency through SOP development and optimization, tool development, and collaboration with product and R&D teams. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or higher. 2. Experience in retail industry operations. 3. Strong data analysis skills, sharp market insight, clear logical thinking, and the ability to identify trends and develop strategies. 4. Fluency in both English and Chinese as working languages, with strong English reading and writing skills. 5. Familiarity with the Saudi market is preferred. Manage inventory and shelf life to reduce waste and improve turnover. 3. Plan and execute procurement based on client needs, ensuring timely and stable supply. 4. Oversee product operations, including listings, descriptions, promotions, and quality updates. 5. Optimize costs and enhance profit margins through negotiation and process improvements. Requirements: 1. B2B foodservice procurement experience in Riyadh, familiar with hotel, restaurant, and supermarket needs. 2. Knowledge of Riyadh’s key wholesale markets and local supply chains. 3. have 1+ years of fruit and vegetable procurement experience. 4. Strong market insight, cost control, negotiation, and supplier management skills. 5. Proficiency in English and Arabic for daily communication. Salary: SAR 9000+ Per Month, depends on experience
