Chameleons for sale, reason for selling: due to its feeding requirements. The shop where I feed it is far from me, and sometimes the shop doesn't have what it needs. Information you must know before buying a chameleon: 1/ It lives in high temperatures (from 28 to 32°C). This means you must provide it with a heat lamp or heater. 2/ It lives in high humidity (50 to 80%). Be careful: if humidity exceeds 80%, it creates an environment for fungal growth, which can be toxic. (You'll need a hygrometer to measure it.) 3/ Chameleons cannot see still water, so it needs a waterfall or a spray misting the leaves 2 to 3 times a day so it can drink. 4/ Chameleons like to live in high places, so it needs a branch or an artificial or natural plant. 5/ Its food consists of insects and waxworms—basically live insects that move, because it only eats moving prey. 6/ Chameleons are shy and reclusive. If you're looking for a social pet or one you can handle frequently, a chameleon is not the right choice. The chameleon comes with its enclosure, without a heat lamp or hygrometer. Part of the enclosure was slightly damaged due to the heat lamp, leaving a small scratch. Price is negotiable.
