Four-wheel drive tractor

Hello, the tractor has a new steering cylinder, everything is new, and I am the second owner; I bought it for 3000, used it personally for two to three months, but suddenly the tractor stopped working and won't start. The issue is very minor, only needs handlebar welding and frame reinforcement, and the seller isn't withholding anything from me.
