Saudi restaurant with a unique female staff for kissing or investment in a unique location

Good morning to you all A restaurant and coffee shop for sale or for an investor to enter in Al-Hamdaniyah, Jeddah, Amr ibn Al-Walid Street, extension of the bridge near King Abdullah Sports City Stadium. The location is very distinguished, surrounded by many well-known brands on the street. It consists of two floors with a width of 8 meters and length of 14 meters. The restaurant is large, with the second floor set up as a coffee shop. Our concept is unique; we entered the market with a Saudi female team, offering traditional home-style food in general and specifically Saudi dishes. We have been operating for five years now. I won't say that I'm selling or looking for an investor due to lack of time—by God, we are fully committed, and the restaurant, God knows, enjoys good demand through apps and locally as well. We operate buffets for events, and we have plans to establish sales points in various neighborhoods of Jeddah. Additionally, we are in communication with companies to provide employee meal programs. Our annual sales reach about one million three hundred thousand without any advertising, and proof exists for those who want to see it. However, our expenses are high because I employ Saudi female staff, and previously there were major challenges. When we first opened, taxes increased by 15%, and purchase prices rose significantly. Not to mention talking about quality, fines, and high fees that forced us to obtain funding from several sources. For your information, we've already repaid most of these loans, except for one remaining for a year only. Now, due to obligations and debts, my first option is to sell and reduce responsibilities and then open again elsewhere. The second option is to bring in an investor to join us. Brothers, bear witness that God knows this project is strong, has good demand, and is welcomed from multiple directions: the Ministry of Culture, the Ministry of Tourism, not to mention people's support because we are a Saudi female team. God knows, beyond sentimentality, our quality is good, and everyone praises us.
