Job Title: School Safety Section Manager Duties and Responsibilities: - Follow up on the implementation of safety requirements in maintenance or construction projects. - Follow up on the implementation of emergency and evacuation plans and organize training sessions for their application in educational complexes and company facilities. - Ensure the application of school and occupational safety standards within buildings. - Conduct regular inspections of school complexes to identify potential hazards and address them. - Ensure compliance with student school transportation standards according to company policies. - Ensure compliance with proper school feeding standards within the school according to company policies. - Ensure compliance with hygiene standards in classrooms and related buildings. - Ensure compliance with policies regulating visitor access, student permissions, and student departures from the school. - Monitor the regular inspection and maintenance of fire suppression systems, cameras, and alarm devices. - Evaluate the readiness of emergency teams in schools by conducting regular evacuation drills. - Inspect and update fire and alarm systems in buildings on a regular basis. - Ensure the availability of emergency exits in all buildings. - Supervise the implementation of awareness programs to promote a safety culture among students and staff. - Cooperate with relevant departments to ensure that school complexes meet safety standards. - Perform any other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor. Core Responsibilities: 1. Work closely with the management teams of various operational modules within the Saudi subsidiary to understand business strategies and objectives, identify HR needs, and develop and implement HR plans that support business growth. 2. Lead local talent recruitment strategies in Saudi Arabia (including Saudization targets), ensuring the attraction, selection, and hiring of high-quality talent that meets business needs (especially local talent). Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviews, background checks, offer negotiation, and onboarding). Drive the implementation and optimization of the performance management system for the Saudi team, including goal setting, performance evaluation, feedback, and development planning. Identify high-potential talent and collaborate with business leaders to develop succession plans for key positions. 3. Leverage professional expertise and experience to ensure all HR activities fully comply with Saudi laws and regulations (e.g., GOSI, Qiwa, Nitaqat). 4. Oversee compensation and benefits activities, ensuring efficient and compliant process execution. 5. Ensure the local implementation and execution of HR policies from the Centers of Excellence (COE). 6. Reporting Line: Head of Human Resources, Middle East and North Africa Region. Qualifications: 1.
