Fujica Single 8 P1 Handheld Film Camera The company was founded on January 20, 1934 as Fuji Shashin Film K.K. and began manufacturing cameras in 1948. Many cameras produced by Fuji until the late 1970s were branded Fujica, a portmanteau of "Fuji" and "Camera." The camera is clean as shown in the pictures, but I have never operated it and know nothing about its operation.
