JASARA PMC is on the lookout for a highly skilled Senior Contract Specialist to join our talented team. As a leader in delivering social infrastructure projects aligned with Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030, your role will be crucial in ensuring effective contract management and compliance across our diverse portfolio of projects. In this position, you will be responsible for developing, negotiating, and managing contractual agreements with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. Your strong analytical skills will enable you to identify risks and propose effective solutions to complex contractual issues. You will work collaboratively with project teams to ensure all contractual obligations are met and that projects are delivered on time and within budget. Your expertise in contract law and excellent communication skills will be vital as you liaise with various stakeholders and mentor junior staff in best practices for contract management. Key Responsibilities: Create, review, and negotiate contracts with a variety of stakeholders. Monitor contract performance and compliance, addressing issues proactively. Conduct thorough risk assessments on contracts and recommend actionable solutions. Collaborate with legal teams to ensure all contracts align with regulatory requirements. Provide expert advice on contract-related matters to project teams. Train and mentor junior contract staff to enhance their skills and understanding of contract management. Prepare reports and documentation related to contracts and performance metrics. Requirements Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field. A minimum of 10 years of experience in contract management or contract specialization in the construction or engineering industry. Extensive knowledge of contract law and contract administration practices. Proficient in risk management and conflict resolution. Excellent negotiation skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively. Proficiency in contract management software and tools. Experience leading or mentoring teams in a contract-related context. Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus. Experience in the Middle East region, especially Saudi Arabia, is preferred. Certifications in contract management are desirable.
