Clean sofa: three large pieces sufficient for 4 to 5 people; one medium piece sufficient for 2 to 3 people; and two separate chairs, complete set, sufficient for 17 to 20 people. Reason for sale: relocation to a smaller apartment. Cost me 6000; asking price is 2500, open to slight negotiation but no significant reduction.
