Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Specialist - Governance. In this role, you will support the implementation and maintenance of governance frameworks that ensure compliance with both internal policies and external regulations. This position offers an excellent opportunity to be involved in shaping best practices in governance within a rapidly growing organization. Responsibilities Develop and implement Governance strategy to support the achievement of GS strategic objectives. Develop and enforce the implementation of GS Governance policies, processes, procedures and controls. Participate in the preparation for General Assemblies for QIC and its affiliates. Develop and update QIC Board, Committees and Executive Management charters. Prepare any documentation and MoMs related to Board and committee meetings. Conduct research and participate in providing advice to the senior management on variety of governance topics (Companies law and governance regulations). Participate in drafting the Board annual report. Ensure the completion of Board & Committees disclosures. Conduct the update and ensure implementation of the Corporate Governance Manual. Prepare and coordinate the Company and General Secretariat external communication and correspondences. Development and maintain all governance related documents. Maintain all requirements related Board and Committees "logistic, resolutions, directions etc. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in governance, compliance, or a related field. Understanding of governance frameworks and regulatory requirements. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good analytical and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work collaboratively and independently. Experience in the real estate or entertainment sector is an advantage.
