Job Responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain supplier networks, ensuring fresh, high-quality, and cost-effective in Frozen, Sauces, Spices& Condiments Fruits & Vegetables, Bakery, Rice, Pasta, Noodels, Dairy, Egg, Oil, Cheese, Fresh Seafood, Fresh Chicken, Fresh Meat, Packed& Canned Food procurement. 2. Manage inventory and shelf life to reduce waste and improve turnover. 3. Plan and execute procurement based on client needs, ensuring timely and stable supply. 4. Oversee product operations, including listings, descriptions, promotions, and quality updates. 5. Optimize costs and enhance profit margins through negotiation and process improvements. Requirements: 1. B2B foodservice procurement experience in Riyadh, familiar with hotel, restaurant, and supermarket needs. 2. Knowledge of Riyadh’s key wholesale markets and local supply chains. 3. have 1+ years of fruit and vegetable procurement experience. 4. Strong market insight, cost control, negotiation, and supplier management skills. 5. Proficiency in English and Arabic for daily communication. Salary: SAR 9000+ Per Month, depends on experience
