In this specific position you will participate in design and ensure implementation of the business development strategy to generate new/ additional business, maximize profit and grow market share for a defined geographic region in line with business strategy, financial objectives, Group guidelines and policies. In this Business Development Manager position You will contribute to developing the business development strategy considering business strategy, financial objectives, Group guidelines and policies. You will draft business development plans and budgets including account management approach and account plans for assigned geographic region. You will monitor revenue generation, profit/ expense objectives and coordinate market and customer growth and retention rate. You will plan and ensure new business development initiatives/ operations and maximize exposure for DHL amongst targeted prospects. You will lead sales team to initiate and establish relationships with targeted prospects. You will deliver market studies and feasibility studies to assess market potential. You will have to prospect new business development opportunities through market research, developing marketing initiatives, etc. You will explore business development opportunities with government authorities and relevant parties. You will identify, pursue, and acquire profitable business relationships with key customers. You will develop major leads, conduct pre-proposal visitations, and assist technical staff with proposal preparation. You will lead negotiations to obtain new customers and support team in difficult negotiations to secure critical sales. You will discuss with peers to communicate sales problems, business observations, prospect feedback, etc. You will understand key trends and developments impacting business and identify change needs in business development plans. You will regularly enhance quality or value of existing business development methods and techniques and resolve problems that may not be clearly defined. You will have to convince external parties such as skeptical clients, institutions, etc. who are skeptical or unwilling to accept proposals or where decision making process and standards are defined and mandatory. You will supervise team for achievement of goals by assigning work, timelines, reviewing output and supporting performance management. The role includes verifying quantities, inspecting for damages, and ensuring proper documentation for shipments. The associate will assist with inventory counts, maintain a clean work area, and follow safety protocols. Additional duties may include warehouse maintenance and other tasks as assigned. Requirements Education: High school or diploma in a related field. Experience: 0-1 years of experience in a Warehouse. Skills: Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management. Proven ability to manage and coordinate tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Fluent in both written and spoken English. Flexibility to work a schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays. Job Responsibilities: ▪ Load, unload, pick, put away, consolidate, stack, and stage products using a forklift, pallet jack, or other power equipment. ▪ Follow specific work instructions and best practices to safely and accurately complete daily work assignments. ▪ Assist with physical inventories and cycle counts, ensuring proper stock rotation. ▪ Inspect each pallet and/or case for proper quantities, item brands, lot codes (as applicable), and damages. ▪ Follow special instructions on the Work Assignment Form and/or additional documentation. ▪ Verify that proper documentation is attached before dispatching shipments. ▪ Record receipts on appropriate forms and logbooks. ▪ Communicate problems, concerns, and ideas to management. ▪ Identify process improvements to enhance warehouse operations. ▪ Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area. ▪ Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety. ▪ Participate in assigned training programs and adhere to safety guidelines. ▪ Assist in various warehouse maintenance tasks, including sweeping floors, storing equipment, and general upkeep. ▪ Performs other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities: 1. Communicate and coordinate daily with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of tasks and projects. 2. Track, follow up, and report on operational workflows, KPIs, and deadlines. 3. Collect and analyze operational data using Excel; generate accurate and actionable reports. 4. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and business documents in Chinese and English. 5. Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements in processes and systems. 6. Support logistics, procurement, and inventory tracking as needed. 7. Translate and interpret between Chinese and English when necessary for operations-related tasks. Qualification: 1. Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and Native in Arabic. 2. Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, charts). 3. Solid understanding of data analysis and operational reporting. 4. Excellent organizational and follow-up skills. 5. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 6. Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment. 7. Must be currently based in Saudi Arabia.

Manage inventory and shelf life to reduce waste and improve turnover. 3. Plan and execute procurement based on client needs, ensuring timely and stable supply. 4. Oversee product operations, including listings, descriptions, promotions, and quality updates. 5. Optimize costs and enhance profit margins through negotiation and process improvements. Requirements: 1. B2B foodservice procurement experience in Riyadh, familiar with hotel, restaurant, and supermarket needs. 2. Knowledge of Riyadh’s key wholesale markets and local supply chains. 3. have 1+ years of fruit and vegetable procurement experience. 4.
