JASARA PMC is looking for a skilled and motivated BIM Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and management of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes across our projects. Your expertise will be crucial in facilitating communication and coordination among project stakeholders, ensuring that BIM standards are adhered to and that projects are delivered efficiently and effectively. As a BIM Coordinator, you will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors, providing support and guidance on BIM-related tasks. You will be instrumental in improving collaboration through the use of advanced BIM technologies, enhancing the quality of project deliverables, and contributing to the successful completion of various construction projects. Your role will also involve training team members on BIM processes and tools, as well as identifying areas for continuous improvement. Responsibilities Lead the implementation of BIM processes and procedures in accordance with industry standards and project requirements. Facilitate regular coordination meetings to ensure all project stakeholders are aligned on BIM objectives. Manage the development and maintenance of the BIM execution plan. Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance team proficiency in BIM tools and methodologies. Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality BIM models, including design coordination and clash detection. Assist in the development of project schedules and timelines related to BIM activities. Collaborate with project teams to ensure the integration of BIM with other project management tools. Stay updated with BIM trends and technologies, ensuring the team adopts best practices. Contribute to the preparation of project documentation and reports regarding BIM progress and outcomes. Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies relating to BIM practices. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in BIM coordination or a similar role. Strong knowledge of BIM software tools such as Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360. Familiarity with BIM standards and protocols, particularly ISO 19650. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Role Purpose Enable strategy execution by planning and managing the division projects throughout its lifecycle underpinned by fit to purpose methodology. Job Accountabilities & Activities Project Management: Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to gain community support for the Project and to solicit input to improve the Project delivery. Periodic reviews on Product performance and suggest improvements to scale up opportunities and growth. Accomplish product evaluation and the actively involve in the action plans for all the products divisions’ activities. Use data to understand business patterns and trends. Analyze internal and external data through quantitative research. Promote best practices in data analysis and reporting. Education & Certifications Must be a bachelor’s degree in (engineering /IT/Computer Science/Electronics & Communications). Certification in either PRINCE2, Scrum and PMP will be preferred.
