Description

ABANA Enterprises Group Co. is seeking Bid & Contract Officer to join our team. This role, you will be drafting and managing contracts, preparing proposals, and reviewing legal documents. You will ensure compliance, coordinating with teams, and mitigating risks.   Duties/Core Responsibilities  Handle various types of contracts Vendor, Maintenance, Product Supply, PS Service, Procurement, ISO/Training, and Partnership agreements. Prepare or review contracts to ensure compliance and accuracy. Collaborate with external legal teams to address conflicts or unacceptable clauses. Understand and prepare various types of proposals: Quotation, Commercial Proposal, Financial Proposal, Tender Proposal. Fill in the required information in relevant proposal templates. Coordinate with the Business Development team for pricing and the Products Management team for terms & conditions, product, and vendor details. Make occasional corrections or rewrites of proposals as needed. Follow up on ongoing deals and contracts to ensure compliance with agreed terms, aligning with ABANA policies. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field. Fluent in English and Arabic. 0-2 years of experience in bid management and contract administration.     Technical Skills: Contract Drafting & Review Legal & Compliance Knowledge Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM Basic knowledge in Etemad platform Soft Skills:  Documentation & Reporting Time Management & Prioritization Proposal Preparation Attention to Detail Communication
