We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Media Performance Manager to lead our partner organization's digital marketing efforts and drive growth through data-driven strategies. Role Overview: As the Digital Media Performance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across various channels. You will lead a team of specialists in digital performance, analytics, and marketing automation, while also collaborating with a third-party performance agency. Your primary goal is to maximize customer acquisition, retention, and revenue through effective digital marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital media campaigns. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing efforts. Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, including a digital performance specialist, analytics expert, and marketing automation specialist. Delegate tasks effectively and provide guidance to ensure team success. Foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment. Campaign Management: Manage digital media budgets and allocate resources efficiently. Monitor campaign performance metrics and make data-driven adjustments to optimize results. Utilize advanced analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure campaign effectiveness. Conversion Optimization: Conduct A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve conversion rates across the customer journey. Analyze user behavior and identify opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with the product and development teams to enhance the customer experience. Analytics and Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely reporting on campaign performance. Provide actionable insights to inform marketing decisions. Develop and maintain a robust analytics framework. Marketing Automation: Implement and manage marketing automation programs to drive customer engagement and loyalty. Create personalized customer journeys and nurture leads through targeted campaigns. Optimize email marketing strategies for maximum impact. Third-Party Agency Management: Oversee the performance of the third-party performance agency. Ensure alignment with company goals and effective collaboration. Evaluate agency performance and make recommendations for improvement. Requirements Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance-based campaigns. Proven track record of leading and managing digital marketing teams. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making. Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics). Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in Arabic is essential. Desired Skills: Experience in the insurance industry or a similar regulated sector. Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Experience with data-driven attribution modeling.
