Description

Work within an integrated commercial team across multiple projects at both pre- and post-contract stages for Cost Control.  Lead a team of commercial managers across various projects in managing Contract appointments from inception stage to completion and contract close out. Reporting directly to the Sn. Director Head of Cost Control and having budget responsibilities for key projects assets which involve controlling costs and providing the monthly cost reporting. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Contracts Administration, Engineering, or equivalent Commercial related Degree. Relevant certifications such as CIOB, RIBA, RICS, CEng, MICE preferred. A minimum of 15 years of experience in the Construction / Real Estate Development industry with 10 years of experience in a managerial role. Experience in Project Development from Inception to Completion. ·       English (Fluency is mandatory) Arabic (preferable)
