Senior Manager - Communications Planning & Delivery (COR433)

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an innovative and strategic Senior Manager - Communications Planning & Delivery to enhance our branding and outreach efforts as we progress in creating a world-class entertainment destination. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and assessing communication plans that effectively deliver our messages across various channels. Your leadership will be key in coordinating communication initiatives that resonate with diverse audiences, ensure engagement, and promote Qiddiya’s projects and initiatives. You will work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to create compelling content and ensure timely delivery of information to stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive communication plans that align with Qiddiya’s strategic objectives and enhance brand visibility. Lead the delivery of communications across multiple platforms, ensuring consistency in messaging and adherence to branding guidelines. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather information, create content, and distribute messaging effectively. Implement measurement and evaluation processes to assess the effectiveness of communication initiatives and adjust strategies as necessary to optimize impact. Manage timelines and priorities for communication deliverables, ensuring stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the process. Prepare reports and presentations for leadership, summarizing the outcomes of communication efforts and key insights. Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in communications to continuously refine strategies. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus 7+ years of experience in communications planning and delivery, preferably within the entertainment or leisure sectors Strong understanding of communication strategies, techniques, and best practices Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to develop compelling content Demonstrated experience in managing projects and communications initiatives from concept to execution Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Proficient in communication software and tools, as well as social media platforms Fluency in both Arabic and English is highly desirable Benefits Join Qiddiya's team and enjoy a dynamic work environment that offers growth opportunities, a collaborative culture, and the chance to make a significant impact as our future Playmaker !
