Müller's Solutions is actively seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our Managed Services division. In this critical role, you will be responsible for formulating and executing business development strategies to drive growth and expand our market presence. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions that enhance their operations. Your leadership skills and business acumen will be essential in guiding the business development team to achieve sales targets, build strategic partnerships, and foster long-term client relationships. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution to successfully promote our Managed Services. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective business development strategies for the Managed Services sector. Identify new business opportunities and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers. Conduct market analysis and identify trends to keep the company competitive and innovative. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients. Prepare and present detailed proposals, reports, and presentations for prospective and current clients. Monitor and report on sales performance, pipeline, and market trends, adjusting strategies as required. Represent Müller's Solutions at industry events and conferences to promote our Managed Services offerings. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus. 5+ years of experience in business development or account management, preferably in the IT or Managed Services industry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to assess market trends and client needs. Ability to develop strategic relationships and partnerships. Self-motivated and results-oriented individual. Key Responsibilities -Equipment Preparation and Setup Prepare and set up machines according to production requirements, ensuring proper operation. -Operation and Monitoring Operate machinery during production and continuously monitor performance to ensure efficiency and product quality. -Quality Inspection Regularly inspect produced products to ensure they meet quality standards and promptly address any defects. -Maintenance and Cleaning Perform daily equipment maintenance and cleaning to keep machines in good condition and reduce downtime. -Troubleshooting and Repairs Conduct basic troubleshooting and repair of equipment when issues arise, and coordinate with technicians if needed. -Record Keeping and Reporting Accurately record production data and machine performance, and report any abnormalities to supervisors. -Compliance with Safety Regulations Strictly follow operational procedures and safety standards to ensure personal and team safety.
