Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). 8+ years of experience in risk management or related fields, ideally within large projects or investment companies. Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks and methodologies (e.g., ISO 31000, COSO). Proven track record in conducting risk assessments and developing effective risk mitigation strategies. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address complex risk issues. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Experience in leading and managing teams to achieve organizational objectives. Professional certification in risk management (e.g., Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP), Certified Risk Manager (CRM)) is desirable.
