Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; technical diploma or certification in electrical systems preferred. Minimum 1–2 years of experience as an electrician, with at least 1 year in the marine industry. Valid Marine Electrical Certification or equivalent. Proficient in using electrical testing tools such as multimeters, insulation testers, and clamp meters. Ability to work independently and perform well under pressure, including offshore or at sea assignments. Physically fit and capable of working in confined spaces and at heights. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail; hands-on experience with electrical and electronic systems onboard vessels. Willingness to relocate to different job sites or projects as required. Computer literate with the ability to maintain electronic logs and documentation. Caterpillar Engine certificate or relevant workshop experience is mandatory. ITI certified (national or international certification preferred).
