The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ITSM principles and governance standards, particularly within enterprise or government environments. Requirements Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. ITIL certification (or equivalent) required; additional certifications are a plus. Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in IT and business/industry environments. Strong background in defining, designing, deploying, and managing ITSM processes. Experience in service lifecycle management and IT governance implementation. Competencies & Skills: Expert-level understanding of ITSM principles (e.g., ITIL).
