Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Manager - Data Compliance to ensure that our data management practices align with regulatory requirements and industry standards. This role is vital for safeguarding the integrity, security, and confidentiality of data across the organization. As the Manager - Data Compliance, you will be responsible for developing and implementing data compliance policies, conducting audits, and collaborating with various departments to promote best practices in data handling. Key Responsibilities - Oversee compliance with all applicable data laws & regulations, including national, and global laws & regulations. - Define and implement enterprise-wide data compliance frameworks for both business and technical levels. - Ensure data handling, processing, storage, and transfers align and comply with legal and regulatory mandates and requirements. - Develop compliance risk management strategies, ensuring full regulatory adherence across Qiddiya’s data ecosystem. - Conduct regular compliance audits, risk assessments, and regulatory impact evaluations. - Design and implement automated compliance monitoring tools to detect and prevent regulatory violations. - Establish a data compliance enforcement framework, ensuring swift regulatory response to compliance breaches. - Stay updated on legal and regulatory changes, aligning Qiddiya’s data policies with evolving standards. - Lead compliance programs and work closely with Legal, Cybersecurity, IT, Procurement, and Business Units to integrate compliance into data operations. - Ensure compliance policies are enforced at all levels of the organization and work closely with the Data Legal Advisor integrating regulatory controls into daily operations. - Drive data compliance awareness and training across technical and business teams. - Represent Qiddiya in regulatory audits, compliance assessments, and discussions with authorities. - Enforce ethical and fair data practices, ensuring non-discriminatory data usage. - Oversee compliance in AI governance, algorithmic fairness, and bias mitigation in data-driven decision-making. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Data Management, Law, or a related field. 6+ years of experience in data compliance, data protection, or privacy roles. Knowledge of data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and industry best practices. Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively collaborate with diverse teams. Experience with data compliance tools and methodologies. Professional certifications in data protection or compliance (e.g., CIPP, CIPM) are a plus.

Provide subject matter expertise on SPMS functionalities and workflows, guiding stakeholders in optimizing processes and enhancing park management. Oversee Level 2 support for SPMS applications, ensuring timely resolution of issues and minimizing disruptions to park operations. Coordinate with vendors to address Level 3 support cases and maintain system performance. Monitor SPMS application performance, identifying and implementing improvements to enhance park efficiency and guest experiences.
