Proven experience leading end-to-end ERP implementation projects, including requirement gathering, system configuration, testing, and training. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable and efficient system solutions. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders at various levels. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical audiences. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Relevant certifications in ERP systems, such as SAP Certified Application Associate or Oracle Certified Professional, are preferred but not required.
