As a Senior Commercial Manager, you will have the opportunity to work on the most exciting and complex programs in the world, contributing to the transformation of infrastructure and society in Saudi Arabia. Responsibilities Lead the commercial team and oversee the budgeting and cost management functions of multiple projects Monitor and evaluate project financial performance, providing accurate forecasts and reports to senior management Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure successful project delivery Review and negotiate contract terms and conditions, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies Collaborate with project managers to develop and execute commercial strategies that maximize profit margins Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation plans to minimize financial and contractual risks Manage claims and disputes, including preparing documentation, coordinating with legal teams, and representing the company in negotiations Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Business, or a related field Minimum 15 years' proven experience as a Commercial Manager in the civil engineering industry, with a strong track record of successful project delivery Extensive knowledge of contract management, including experience with FIDIC contracts In-depth understanding of project finance and ability to analyze and interpret financial data Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels Proactive mindset with the ability to identify and solve problems effectively Fluency in English, both written and spoken, and the ability to work in a diverse and multicultural environment
