If we are to find peace, first we learn how to **become quiet and then we can become peaceful**. Becoming peaceful means seizing the reins of the out-of-control mind and bringing the runaway thoughts to a halt. It is not an empty mind that elicits this state of peace. To move into this state of profound silence, we learn how to **create pure, good thoughts.** Do you ask yourself, "How can I cultivate the habit of pure thought?" On a special occasion of the **International Day of Peace**, join our guest Christine Godreaux in an inner journey to cultivate inner stillness, personal well-being and contribute to a more harmonious world. **Chrisitine Godreaux,** a mother and artist, started meditation in 1988. She travelled around France and Europe to study and teach Raja Yoga meditation with the Brahma Kumaris Spiritual University. She lived in Bucharest for 2 years and enjoyed her experience with the Romanian family. She is now based in Lyon, where she continues learning how to live our real nature, from a space of wisdom, love, and power.
