Bicycle bike

Hello I have this bike which has only two issues: The first is the tires, I don't know if they are punctured or just leaking air, but I have to inflate them periodically and they keep losing air. The second issue is the bearings; I'm not sure if they are damaged or just need tightening, but the video in the ad shows this problem clearly. I'm asking for 150; this is my minimum price, please do not contact me for less. Thank you.
