As Growth Manager, Gulf Countries, you will be instrumental in driving Carry1st’s expansion and success in the region. You will lead the charge in growing customers and revenue for Carry1st Shop, establishing the platform as the preferred gaming and digital content marketplace across the region. You will achieve this by deeply understanding local gamers’ needs, executing top-tier activations, and forging strategic partnerships. Lead new customer acquisition and revenue growth for Carry1st Shop in the GCC region, focusing primarily on Saudi Arabia Establish and manage strategic partnerships with key media outlets, esports organizations, payment providers, brands, and super-apps to amplify Carry1st’s presence and engagement. Develop and execute brand awareness and customer acquisition campaigns across relevant channels (possibly paid media, influencers, social media, out of home, traditional press…), always ensuring that the overall CAC is optimised . Benchmark competition and ensure Carry1st offers a competitive pricing strategy and an attractive product mix. Drive localized marketing strategies to enhance customer retention and lifetime value. Act as the key expert for the GCC region, providing insights and recommendations to internal teams and global partners. Requirements What makes you a great candidate? 3+ years of experience in growth, marketing, or business development, preferably in e-commerce, gaming, or digital content. Proven track record of scaling brands and businesses in Gulf countries, with a strong focus Saudi. Experience building and managing partnerships with media companies, payment providers, esports organizations, or brands. Deep understanding of gaming culture in the region and the ability to speak the language of gamers. Strong ability to coordinate multiple projects and work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
