Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). 4–6 years of proven experience in category or product management within e-commerce or retail. Strong understanding of retail operations, merchandising, and consumer behavior. Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics with tools like Excel, Google Analytics, or BI platforms. Excellent negotiation, communication, and project management skills. Experience working with concept stores or experiential retail environments is a strong plus. Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
