Job Title: Technical Lead – Data Quality Project Key Responsibilities: Lead the technical execution of a Data Quality project from requirements gathering through design, implementation, and deployment. Collaborate with Data Governance, Data Engineering, and Business teams to define and implement data quality rules, standards, and KPIs. Design and build data quality pipelines using Informatica similar. Implement monitoring and alerting systems for data quality metrics and anomalies. Conduct data profiling and root cause analysis on data issues; recommend long-term solutions. Own the architecture of data quality tooling and integration into existing Enterprise DWH. Mentor junior data engineers and quality analysts on best practices in data quality management. Report project progress to stakeholders and escalate risks as needed. Requirements Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field. 7+ years of experience in data engineering, data management, or similar roles. 3+ years in a leadership or technical lead role. Strong experience with Informatica. Experience working with Enterprise DWH Deep understanding of data governance, metadata management, and data lineage.
