Premium Solutions Consultancy is seeking a EFL Instructor to join our client's team in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia – KSA. Required No: 10 - Native English Instructors Required No: 10 - Bilingual English Instructors JOB DESCRIPTION: •Teaching English curriculum to the trainees •Working with other team members to prepare resources for the English program including, but not limited to, revision materials, test question banks or other remedial resources •Monitoring student progress and analyzing test results to address weak areas •Conducting remedial and or make-up lessons •Marking and Invigilating exams •Substitution of other faculty members in cases of absence •Following and encouraging trainees to follow the rules and regulations •Preparing lesson plans and following prescribed pacing schedules for curriculum •Attending team meetings as required Requirements •Bachelor’s Degree in English or related subjects. •For Bilingual must need valid IELTS Academic certificate with Band 7. •TEFL, CELTA, DELTA, TOFEL / TESOL any certificates from the mentioned. •Minimum 5 years in a teaching role preferably in a vocational or higher education institution. •Experience in a technical context desirable. •Excellent interpersonal communication skills. •Willing to help others and to meet staff and student needs and is ready to follow directions. •Initiative: Seeks to learn and recognize work procedures and policies and knows how to locate information. •Utilizes and collaborates with the departments e.g. operations, support services, student affairs, etc. •Exhibits effective email communication. •Punctual and maintains professional attitude, behavior, and appearance. •Exhibits eagerness to remain up to date on trends and best practices in the industry and demonstrates desire for continuous professional development in his area. •Exhibits proper business conduct, integrity, and work ethics in handling sensitive assessment materials and trainee data. For Native English Instructors is between SAR 13,000 – SAR 15,000 (full package including transportation, accommodation, and food). 4)     Contract Status: Single. 5)     Contract Duration: One year. 6)     Tickets: one ticket (two ways will be provided). 7)     work days & hours ( 5 days per week & 8 hours per day). 8)     Iqama or Business visa will be provided.

Core Responsibilities: 1. Work closely with the management teams of various operational modules within the Saudi subsidiary to understand business strategies and objectives, identify HR needs, and develop and implement HR plans that support business growth. 2. Lead local talent recruitment strategies in Saudi Arabia (including Saudization targets), ensuring the attraction, selection, and hiring of high-quality talent that meets business needs (especially local talent). Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviews, background checks, offer negotiation, and onboarding). Drive the implementation and optimization of the performance management system for the Saudi team, including goal setting, performance evaluation, feedback, and development planning. Identify high-potential talent and collaborate with business leaders to develop succession plans for key positions. 3. Leverage professional expertise and experience to ensure all HR activities fully comply with Saudi laws and regulations (e.g., GOSI, Qiwa, Nitaqat). 4. Oversee compensation and benefits activities, ensuring efficient and compliant process execution. 5. Ensure the local implementation and execution of HR policies from the Centers of Excellence (COE). 6. Reporting Line: Head of Human Resources, Middle East and North Africa Region. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree or higher; English proficiency sufficient for use as a working language; knowledge of Arabic is a plus. 2. Minimum of 3 years of solid HR experience; candidates with training module experience are preferred. 3. Alignment with company culture. 4. Strong leadership, cross-cultural management, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities -Equipment Installation and Commissioning Responsible for the installation, commissioning, and configuration of electrical and instrumentation systems for new equipment, ensuring they meet production requirements. -Routine Maintenance and Troubleshooting Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical and instrumentation equipment, promptly identify and resolve system issues to ensure continuous and safe production. -System Calibration and Testing Use standard testing instruments to calibrate equipment, ensuring accuracy and reliability. -Documentation and Reporting Maintain maintenance records and prepare fault analysis reports to support equipment management and improvement. -Safety and Compliance Follow all relevant safety regulations and operating procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Qualifications / Requirements Education: Technical diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Instrumentation, or a related field. Experience: At least 2 years of experience maintaining electrical and instrumentation equipment in an industrial environment. Technical Skills: Familiar with electrical control systems, PLCs, DCS, VFDs, and other instrumentation equipment operation and maintenance. Certifications: Relevant electrical or instrumentation certifications are preferred. Language and Communication: Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.
