Mitsubishi Lancer 2008 model with manual transmission

Hello and blessings from God and His mercy. I have a 2008 Mitsubishi Lancer with a manual transmission. The inspection has expired, and the registration has expired. Everything is clear in the pictures. The car runs, but the air conditioner has a minor issue. The problems with the car are that the starter switch does not work, but the car starts with a push. The engine is noisy but functional, consumes oil, needs a timing belt replacement, needs new shocks, and requires a repair to the power steering box.
