Develop all processes and procedures for use within the park Plan and produce documentation, systems, processes and partake in Health & Safety responsibilities by conforming to H&S Standards, local Health & Safety Standards and position the operation to exceed expectation while involving team members and supervisors within H&S activities and procedures. Work in liaison with external stakeholders including, but not limited to, all regulatory authorities within the KSA as well as the IP partners associated with the theme park Work with the technology teams for resort development incorporating into guest management to ensure an optimal guest journey Be the point lead during commissioning for all systems that have a touch point within Park Services Develop system, processes, procedures to support the operation of the park. Ensure all members of the team are meeting the agreed key performance indicators (KPIs). Work with the Qiddiya teams to ensure compliance and alignment with International standards in relations to systems and standards. Lead a team of Park Services Supervisors, Senior Ambassadors and Ambassador 1 to ensure all aspects of the park are clean and presentable prior to opening and remain so during the operational day and ensure that our Park Services Hosts are always operating as ambassadors within the park. Ensure all  washrooms facilities are always kept in excellent condition. Manage various external contracts including Waste Disposal and Contracted Cleaning. Be responsible for the operation of the park waste management facility Manage various shifts of work including night work Be responsible for maintaining stocks of cleaning equipment and chemicals for all operational departments Assist recruit, train and develop all staff within the department Ensure all members of the team are meeting the agreed key performance indicators (KPIs). Ensure all consumables and equipment costs are kept within the agreed budgets Ensure the department is always managed appropriately including the scheduling of cleaning hosts and team leaders Ensure that equipment including vehicles are operated to the highest standards Develop standard operating procedures, risk assessments and associated documentation for the department as directed. Create monthly staff schedules and cleaning schedules Ensure document retention for checklist forms , risk assessment etc. Support various areas of the Operation, acting as a support manager for various departments as required. Additionally, as an important player in the management team the successful candidate will carry out the role of Department Duty Manager and Park Duty Manager on a rotational basis. Requirements Education Educated to High school level (desirable) Proficient in English (read, write, speak) Guest service qualifications (desirable) Health and Safety qualifications (desirable) Cleaning, chemicals and Machine training experience certificate (desirable) Experience 4 years’ experience, 2 of which should be in supervisory role Experience in cleaning or facility management preferable Theme parks & Waterparks  Experience in waste management, recycling, cleaning operations Hands on operational experience within a leisure environment and facility management (cleaning) Experience in leading large teams and 3rd party contractors Skills Core Competencies Strong motivational, leadership, and team building skills. Key Roles & Responsibilities Material Receipt & Verification Receive all incoming MEP and Civil materials, equipment, and consumables at site stores. Verify quantity, quality, and specifications against delivery notes, purchase orders, and approved material submittals. Check for damages, discrepancies, and expiry; raise inspection requests with QA/QC for approvals. Storage & Preservation Organize proper storage of materials with tagging, segregation, and protection as per manufacturer guidelines. Maintain safe storage conditions for sensitive MEP equipment (e.g., electrical panels, pumps, fire fighting equipment) and Civil materials (cement, steel, tiles, etc.). Ensure materials are preserved to avoid deterioration, moisture, or handling damage. Issuance & Inventory Control Issue materials to site teams only against approved requisitions and maintain proper records. Monitor consumption and maintain minimum stock levels to avoid shortages. Track tools, equipment, and consumables; maintain issue/return registers. Prevent misuse, pilferage, or wastage of materials. Documentation & ERP System Maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Note), MIR (Material Inspection Report), and issuance records in line with company procedures. Update stock registers and ERP system (if applicable) on real-time base. Support project accounts in reconciliation of material consumption vs. budget. Coordination & Compliance Coordinate with Procurement, QA/QC, and Execution teams for timely material availability Comply with KSA customs, logistics, and site-specific regulations for material handling Support periodic stock audits and reconciliation with finance/commercial teams. Provide material status reports to Project Manager and Planning Engineer Safety & Housekeeping Ensure safe handling, lifting, and storage practices for heavy/fragile materials. Keep stores area clean, organized, and compliant with HSE regulations. Conduct toolbox talks for helpers/workers on safe material handling.

Key Responsibilities Inventory Management: Monitor and control stock levels to ensure accurate inventory records and timely replenishment. Warehouse Operations: Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Team Supervision: Lead and coordinate warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations. Wuzzuf Safety Compliance: Ensure that all warehouse activities comply with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment. Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports related to warehouse activities and inventory levels. Qualifications & Requirements Education: A bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field. Wuzzuf Experience: Proven experience in warehouse management or inventory control, preferably within the food or retail industry. Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with warehouse management software is a plus. Wuzzuf Language Skills: Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous. Soft Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills; ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities -Equipment Installation and Commissioning Responsible for the installation, commissioning, and configuration of electrical and instrumentation systems for new equipment, ensuring they meet production requirements. -Routine Maintenance and Troubleshooting Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical and instrumentation equipment, promptly identify and resolve system issues to ensure continuous and safe production. -System Calibration and Testing Use standard testing instruments to calibrate equipment, ensuring accuracy and reliability. -Documentation and Reporting Maintain maintenance records and prepare fault analysis reports to support equipment management and improvement. -Safety and Compliance Follow all relevant safety regulations and operating procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Qualifications / Requirements Education: Technical diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Instrumentation, or a related field. Experience: At least 2 years of experience maintaining electrical and instrumentation equipment in an industrial environment. Technical Skills: Familiar with electrical control systems, PLCs, DCS, VFDs, and other instrumentation equipment operation and maintenance. Certifications: Relevant electrical or instrumentation certifications are preferred. Language and Communication: Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.

Key Responsibilities -Equipment Preparation and Setup Prepare and set up machines according to production requirements, ensuring proper operation. -Operation and Monitoring Operate machinery during production and continuously monitor performance to ensure efficiency and product quality. -Quality Inspection Regularly inspect produced products to ensure they meet quality standards and promptly address any defects. -Maintenance and Cleaning Perform daily equipment maintenance and cleaning to keep machines in good condition and reduce downtime. -Troubleshooting and Repairs Conduct basic troubleshooting and repair of equipment when issues arise, and coordinate with technicians if needed. -Record Keeping and Reporting Accurately record production data and machine performance, and report any abnormalities to supervisors. -Compliance with Safety Regulations Strictly follow operational procedures and safety standards to ensure personal and team safety. Experience: At least 2 years of experience in machine operation or a related field. Skills: Familiarity with production processes and machinery; ability to use measuring tools (e.g., calipers, scales); good analytical and numerical skills.
