About the Role As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you'll transform Salla's continuous innovation into tangible success for our merchants. You'll help them understand our platform's value, how it supports their goals, and how to maximize new products and features. You'll own multiple customer segments, driving their growth and aligning product features to their specific needs. Leading a team of 2–3 Product Marketing Managers (PMMs) and collaborating with a dedicated creative team, you'll engage across the entire customer lifecycle to boost awareness, adoption, and growth. Responsibilities: Drive Segment Growth :Own and grow key customer segments by aligning strategy to their needs, boosting engagement and adoption. Lead Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategies: Develop and execute comprehensive GTM plans for products, features, and campaigns, ensuring effective market entry and resonance with target audiences. Create Impactful Content:Produce and oversee content that educates, inspires, and differentiates Salla, supporting the customer journey and reinforcing our market position. Daily Task: Get out and speak to customers to gather insights, understand their needs, and shape your strategy. Plan and execute launches with clear positioning, coordinated efforts, and measurable outcomes. Flex your inbound and outbound muscles: one day, you’ll team up with growth to acquire new merchants; the next, you’ll focus on adoption. And sometimes you’ll pitch that bold, unexpected channel. Write clear, insight-driven briefs to help the creative team produce content that’s useful, differentiated, and inspiring. Review and approve team outputs.  Own your performance metrics. Know what’s working, what’s not, and what to improve. Manage your day however you see fit—as long as you deliver results. Requirements Extensive experience in product marketing or related roles (preferably in SaaS). Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic. You need to write well in Arabic and have high standards for quality. Experience in hiring and mentoring teams. Strong understanding of product marketing fundamentals, with the ability to work across the entire funnel and lifecycle. Excellent collaboration and communication skills, comfortable interacting with various functions, leaders, and users. Ability to draft compelling narratives and craft content across email, paid, and social channels. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and love to grow quickly. Key Roles & Responsibilities Material Receipt & Verification Receive all incoming MEP and Civil materials, equipment, and consumables at site stores. Verify quantity, quality, and specifications against delivery notes, purchase orders, and approved material submittals. Check for damages, discrepancies, and expiry; raise inspection requests with QA/QC for approvals. Storage & Preservation Organize proper storage of materials with tagging, segregation, and protection as per manufacturer guidelines. Maintain safe storage conditions for sensitive MEP equipment (e.g., electrical panels, pumps, fire fighting equipment) and Civil materials (cement, steel, tiles, etc.). Ensure materials are preserved to avoid deterioration, moisture, or handling damage. Issuance & Inventory Control Issue materials to site teams only against approved requisitions and maintain proper records. Monitor consumption and maintain minimum stock levels to avoid shortages. Track tools, equipment, and consumables; maintain issue/return registers. Prevent misuse, pilferage, or wastage of materials. Documentation & ERP System Maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Note), MIR (Material Inspection Report), and issuance records in line with company procedures. Update stock registers and ERP system (if applicable) on real-time base. Support project accounts in reconciliation of material consumption vs. budget.
