ماشاء الله لا قوة الا بالله Diamond Rest Area Components *Men's Section* - A hall accommodating 15 people, opening into a small floor seating area with a smart TV screen. - An outdoor seating area overlooking the playground. - An independent kitchen + a fully equipped mandi hole. - A football, volleyball, and basketball field available upon request. - A large swimming pool measuring 5 meters x 10.5 meters with a depth of 1 to 2 meters, including an outdoor shower. - A large barbecue. *Women's Section* - One bedroom. - A hall accommodating 14 people. - An open kitchen connected to a compact seating area with sofas that convert into beds and bathrooms. - An outdoor seating area in the courtyard overlooking the pools. - A medium-sized swimming pool measuring 3.5 meters x 6.5 meters with a depth of 1.30 meters. - Children's water toys and a covered outdoor shower nearby. - Swings. - A completely separate courtyard from the other section, planted with natural jasmine. *Note* 1 - A deposit of 500 riyals will be returned to the tenant in case no damages occur. 3 - Entry time is at 4 PM and departure time is at 9 AM. *Location* 📍 In Al-Walidya district, north of Jeddah Opposite Jeddah University A prime location close to amenities, restaurants, and a large service station.
